These terms govern your use of taiphamsolutions.com. They are short on purpose. They cover the website only. If you engage us for work, that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing on this website replaces it.

1. Who operates this site

This website is operated by TP SOLUTIONS, a business household registered in Vietnam under tax number 079094011521, at 102/10 Huynh Tan Phat, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, trading as TPSolutions. You can verify the registration on the Vietnamese tax register. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person reading the site.

2. Acceptance

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You do not need to accept anything to read a page, and we do not ask you to click a consent banner, because we set no cookies and do not currently run client-side analytics. If you choose light or dark mode, the site stores only that preference in your browser. The privacy notice explains this preference, the server records, and the contact data that are still processed.

3. What this site is, and is not

This site describes our services and how we work. It exists so you can decide whether to start a conversation with us.

• Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Prices, discounts, availability, and the founding client programme are descriptions of intent and are confirmed only in a written proposal.
• Nothing on this site is professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. Our published opinions on delivery, architecture, and commercial models are general, and your situation may differ.
• Contacting us does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to proceed. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an agreement.
• Performance figures published on this site describe targets we hold ourselves to for this website and our own work. They are not a warranty of the performance of any product we build for you, which is defined in the relevant contract.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, layout, design, illustrations, icons, and code, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by Vietnamese and international copyright law. The TPSolutions name and wordmark are ours.

You may:

• read, print, and share pages for your own evaluation or internal discussion;
• quote a short passage with attribution and a link back to the page.

You may not, without our written permission:

• republish substantial parts of the site, or present our material as your own;
• reuse the design, code, or illustrations in another product or website;
• use our name, wordmark, or content in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Third party names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the tools and platforms we work with.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by placing an unreasonable load on it;
• harvest contact details from the site for bulk marketing, recruitment, or outreach. The email address and telephone number published here are for people who want to talk to us about work.

We may restrict access to anyone who breaches this section, and we report serious abuse to the relevant authorities.

6. Links to other sites

We link to a small number of third party pages, including the tax register, a page speed testing tool, and messaging platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following a link means leaving this site and accepting the other party's terms.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site available, accurate, and current, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, the site is provided as it stands. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent Vietnamese law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability arising from work we perform for a client is governed by the contract for that work, not by this section.

9. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. It forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless a separate signed agreement between us provides otherwise for the matter in question.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means accepting the updated terms. We do not apply changes retrospectively to work already agreed.
